Our system is straightforward: select your zip code(s) and only pay for the leads you accept. You can select up to two zip codes at no additional charge.
Best of all, every lead is verified before being assigned exclusively to a Realtor, ensuring quality and confidence in every opportunity.
Lead fees are currently set at 10% of the advertised rent rate and may be adjusted monthly to align with industry seasonality.
5-Day Trial Period
We understand that not every lead works out. Renters might change locations, decide not to move, or postpone their plans. That’s why Go4Rent offers Realtors a 5-day trial period. Within this window, you can return any accepted lead if it doesn’t pan out—no hassle, no questions asked, no charged lead fee. If you decide to keep the lead, your lead fee is due at closing.
