Yes. Once you accept the lead it is not shared with another Realtor.
We pre-qualify all leads prior to assigning them to a Realtor. We ask the following questions:
  • Are you working with a Realtor?
  • When are you moving?
  • What is your price range?
  • Where are you moving (area of town)?
  • Do you have any pets moving with you?
  • How many bedrooms do you require?
  • What is your average monthly gross income?

  • Once you accept a lead, the answers to these questions are then sent to you. You can use this data to narrow a search of listings to view.
Leads are delivered directly to you via text message. To ensure you don’t miss any opportunities, please double-check that the phone number on your contract is accurate and up-to-date.
Your lead fee is due at closing. If you do not close the lead, you do not owe a fee. This gives you ample time to ensure you can adequately service the lead and confirm it’s a good fit for your business.
Our contracts are designed with flexibility in mind. Realtors can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle, ensuring you’re never locked into a long-term commitment.
Lead fees are based on the advertised rental rate and are currently set a 10% of the advertised rent amount. if the advertised rental rate is $2,000, the lead fee is $200. Lead fees are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted for seasonality. Lead fees are due at closing.

To maintain a fair distribution and maximize opportunities, we limit the number of Realtors allowed for each zip code.

Go4Rent will reserve the Realtor’s MLS area for up to 45 days. After this period, the MLS area may be reassigned to another Realtor if no restart request is made.
Realtors who subscribe to a Leasing Pro Ad subscription may request to change their zip code at any time, subject to availability. Realtors will pay the difference in pricing for leads as leads are accepted.
